As a buyer sits in front of your listing they will punch in the text ID that is on the sign rider and send it to the number 95495, the same way a text message would be sent.  At that time they would receive a short description of the property along with a web link that will take them to the site specifically designed for that listing.  If they do not have internet access on their phone they will receive a second message with pictures of the property.  That link can be viewed from their phone or later at their computer by in-putting it into the web address bar.  This is what it will look like on their phone!
