1. Is there a long term contract?
No long term contracts! Month to month reoccurring charge to your credit card until you cancel. 

2. Is there a charge per lead or text message?
No, no matter which package you sign up for there is no per message charge. (This does not apply to the mobivity product)

3. Where and how do would I use this technology?
Go to your industry specific page and click How to. It will give you tons of ideas on how and where to use this text message technology. 

4. Are sign riders for real estate included?
No, but we do have companies that we can recommend with several  colors and material to choose from or you can have your own made from your  local sign company. Most companies include cheap generic sign riders that are realy worthless we wanted to give you lower pricing and the choice to have a custom riders made. 

5. What if I need more text Id numbers later?
No problem we can upgrade you and add as many text id's as you would like.

6. What happens to my text id's if I cancel?
The numbers will be redistributed to other agents. However if you decide you do want to sign back up you can check and see if those numbers are still available. 

7. How do I cancel and what is your refund policy?
We do not have a refund policy, if you wish to cancel you can at any time prior to your monthly renewal date.
